Convenient location. Not very customer oriented. Services and friendliness need major improvement.

It was the worst experience I ever had in my life. I stopped in this salon on Saturday evening to see if they had any gift certificates for spa treatments. As I stood at the counter waiting for someone to assist me, there was some commotion from inside one of the stalls as a African American woman passed me, as I turned around to see what was going on I was shoved from behind. It was 2 employees of the salon, I then asked what was going on and then I was told not to leave the store and they kept me there holding me, and prodding, sticking fingers in my face and literally forming a human chain so I couldn't leave the store. I was called "black mother_fu***** , and other hate names. What was most upsetting was just because I was black and whomever the lady was that they had a problem with was black I became associated with her. I have never been so humiliated in my life. I was questioned by the police and was made out as if I had done something wrong. I'm filing a lawsuit against this co

I have tried to enjoy the benefits of Nail Trix, i.e. location, etc. BUT not only is the management low on customer service but she wouldn't know what good customer service was if it was handed to her. After countless times telling the specialist please make sure there is complete coverage of each nail, she couldn't understand what was requested of her. I tried being sweet and courteous but nothing worked. Their service is inconsistent, and don't think after dishing out 1 mere $67 for a full set of gel nails and a pedicure- that will help. It won't! The don't care what you spend as long as you continue lining their pockets with your hard earned money. Unprofessional - period! If it is your intention to empty your wallet because you can and you don't mind your nails lasting a day or so, have at it. I, however, work hard for my money and my only lift is the fact that now and then I get my nails done. What a mistake I made in thinking Nail Trix was a pick me up.
