I was told that I had a form of melanoma and was recommended the melanage peel and told I qualified for a discount. There was no communication of how much the discount was. A month later I received/paid for my treatment. I was provided little information about follow-up care. I was told to come in for another visit where the staff was “unsure” why I was there. They provided me information on creams. I purchased some products, which @ no time was I ever provided an itemized bill to know what I was paying for. They sent me a bill 6 months after later for $360. I called them trying to figure out what it was for and I was hung up on many times. I visited the office to ask for copies of all my records & to speak with them about this. I only received 7 pgs of an old visit & did not get to speak with anyone who knew anything. A year later they are threatening to send the bill to debt collectors. I still HAVE NOT been able to speak personally with any staff member/receive all documentation.
