The staff is the first line of contact with the patients, in the case of Dr. Hor's office, 90% of my calls get address to my satisfaction by the front ans back office staff. on my first call. The remaining 10% are referred to the physian on technical /medical questions, even these questuions were `answered the next day.. Dr. Hor and her staff does an excellent job of getting my appointment when needed, provide timely diagnosis of my health, and where deem relevant, she will initiate test or order procedures to make more in dept diagnosis of my condition. My whole family have been seeing Dr. Hor for the past 10+ years, and we will never want to change to anther GI doctor.
