Coffeyville Regional Medical Center

I was a voluntary check-in and the morning after I got there I was threatened by a nurse named Yvette. She stormed into my room and told I had to go to group therapy. When I try to explain to her about my physical condition and that I was in so much pain without my normal medication that I couldn't even move, she started screaming and cursing at me, and then threatened me. I was not only appalled by her behavior, I was actually afraid of just how far this woman might go if I didn't comply. So with tears streaming down my face from fear and the agonizing pain I was in, I slowly made my way to the group session. I do not know if this woman still works in this facility, but if she does, I beg of you, Do Not go to this place. This woman may very well be dangerous. Every patient I spoke with during my stay had similar horror stories concerning this nurse. I pray every night and every day that she is no longer working at this hospital nor anywhere in the medical field. There is no telling what she is capable of doing to a patient whether provoked or not. I know I certainly didn't do anything to deserve such abominable treatment. I will never go to this hospital for anything ever again. I passed this hospital once since then and was nearly inconsolable from the memory.
