Orchard Park Senior Living

Orchard Park is a nasty assisted living!! They lack care to these poor residents. Staff at Orchard park is immature, rude, and nasty!!! They have rats, roaches, ants, and spiders don't even care about the residents safety and needs. Just a greedy facility! I would not recommend this place... Save your love ones life!!

The staff here are not trained... No certification needed here at this job. The people who pass the residents medication they are not trained or licensed to do so, they actually work under the LVN's licensed.. Many med errors happen daily that are covered up by staff, residents personal belongings get taken by employees. On the Alzheimer side what a joke, as anyone of the resident assistants if they know the difference between Alzheimer or dementia, They could not tell you. one of the girls i use to work with was placed on Americas most wanted for stealing money and checks from one of the residents there. I decided to leave there and find work else where due to the lack of care given to those sweet residents, and all the lies given to the family members.
