Omg Nail Spa

If you are someone who likes to interact with your stylist or nail artist then this Is not the place for you. The service is really bad and the prices are way too high compared to the service they give. They don't even let you know if something is going to be a additional cost and at the end they just except you to pay for it because you got it done. Did not appreciate me as a customer and didn't care to fix the problems I addressed. Very rude and unfriendly customer service and the nail artist kept talking with other nail artists in their own language and didn't even pay attention to their own customers. (I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING THERE AND WASTING THEIR TIME AND MONEY) just being honest!

Do not go to this Nail place I had gels put on and they didn't even last 3 days. The paint started peeling right off on day 2. Not even worth the money I paid to get them done. The Nail technician seemed very unfriendly as well.

OMG is a horible salon!! They charge way too much & you dont get the service you paid for! Also you cant understand any of them nor can they understand you so whats the point of going. Their service sucks as well. They are the WORST place I've ever been too!!!!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY THERE!!!!!!

OMG Worst nail Salon EVER!!!



Not only do they charge way to much for a manicure, there unprofessional and honestly I can do a better job myself at home. The lady that was doing my nails was more into with her cell phone than my nails. She also didn't speak any English, which isn't a crime but just incontinent, specially when she tries to tell me to do things like, pay the cashier first before she polishes my nails? Wait? What? I've never had to pay for my manicure in the middle of it being done. She just started then stopped and made me pay for the service she hadn't even finished yet.



After that confusion, she starts painting my nails, I did love the color too bad it didn't make it home. She messed up on my nails 3 times in different ways and I noticed she wasn't using the base coat after she wiped them clear to start over. Also she only used a top coat on one of my hands and just didn't do the other! Ya, that happened. Then I placed my hand in front of a freezing fan for 10 mins and when she checked to see if they dried she smudged one and then two of my nails got nicked from the fan. Sooo I watched her do them over, still no base coat, but hey at lease I got a top coat on one of my nails on the hand she didn't do, all right! after spending another 10 to 15 mins in front of that little fan, I was told I could leave.



Three whole hours later my nail polish was still moist and full of dings and scraps because they never dried. I can't believe I paid for such a crappy manicure that didn't even last three hours!!!! So I just scraped the remainder off and just went home.



NEVER again will I go to salon!

My mother and I tried OMG for the first time tonight. We usually go to another Nail Salon located near OMG but had a bad experience. We decided to try OMG tonight and we really like it. The staff was very friendly, the salon was beautiful, and it was very clean. We were helped right away and the staff made sure we got exactly what we asked for. The prices are very reasonable. I got a gel manicure from Amy and she did a great job!! I took her advice and choose the colors she suggested and was very happy. My mother got a fill and cut down from Tammy. She is really happy with her service as well. We will definitely be going back!

Very good looking place. Clean and I love the name. But it was not a good experience , first of all I told them how I wanted my nails, they said I couldn't paint over my white tips! I had to get clear tips if I wanted paint on them. I got rhinestones and again I picked out a different shape and they said its too big. The guy had to have another lady come soothe rhinestones. She seemed very inpatient & just made me uncomfortable. To top it off, I come home and realize half my nails are not glued on right. its gross things are getting between my artificial nail & real nail. I have never had nails like this. 5 stars for truly half ***ing it!

NEVER GO THERE!!!! I went yesterday with my little sister and when we first walked in there we thought it was such a cute clean little salon. They were quick to get us in and very nice. And I sat down in the chair and just asked for polish on my nails and a spa pedicure. The did a good job painting my nails but they pedicure was TERRIBLE!!! The gal doing it ended up cutting my big toe so bad I couldn't even enjoy my pedicure. I ended up only getting polish on that foot because anything she did made it hurt more. When I talked to the manager and told him I felt that I should not have to pay for this pedicure I couldn't even enjoy due to her CARELESS mistake he charged me for half of my pedicure since she was only able to do it to one of my feet.

Not only did I get cut but my little sister while she was getting a fill the lady doing her nails cut her as well. The only reason my sister went there for a fill was because when we called she asked how much it would be for pink and white fill and they said $17 so we went because it was so cheap. Only to find out after she finished it was actually $30. I had to fight them in order to give us the price they originally told us.

My toe is still hurting today and my sister's finger is still bothering her as well. The people in this salon are careless and are more concerned with getting your money rather than your health or comfort. DO NOT GO THERE!

I just checked out this place for the first time today. It just opened near Sierra Vista Mall and is really nice. Very spacious, awesome massage chairs and I got one of the best pedicures in Fresno for a great price! The Spa Pedi was $25 (and still included the foot massage, paraffin and hot towel wrap) but I got the Lux Spa Pedi for $35...and it was totally worth it! Right now (for their grand opening) it was 20% off, so the Lux Spa pedi was $28...and it came with a sea salt scrub, foot mask, and lotion foot massage, paraffin dip, hot towel wrap, and the actual pedi. I left so relaxed, skin so soft AND toes ready for summer sandals. I will definitely be back!
