        Worst service I ever received! Well, I wouldn't even call it service. The waitress Claudia took our order, someone else brought our meals, and we never saw anyone else again. I actually had to tell the host I need my bill so I could leave. I have never experienced anything like this before. Then, I went on their website for a contact email and there's nothing. I guess they don't care about their customers input!

        Ha gone hill. Service poor and food very uneven. You can get a very good meal one day and a bad cold meal the next time.

        What used to be....

        When Alexis first opened I was in H.S. and we lived a few blocks away. The minimal menu (steaks....and A chicken dish) still did not stop us from eating there at least twice a month, we even had our pictures on the wall in three spots! Fast forward to today. The menu has become engorged and the taste is long gone. The atmosphere is the same, but it seems they have lost touch with what their customers really came for...a friendly face and a Really good steak. By the way...all the pictures of the customers that used to surround the restaurant are now all gone too...
