Siara Management

I have lived at an apartment complex managed by SIARA Management for over three years and recently had another unpleasant experience with insect bites and water seepage into my apartment. I feel like I've been shuffled around while management people deny and delay responding to my complaints. Trying to get help is proving to be tiresome and annoying. Seems like the local management keeps undergoing staff changes and no continuity or documentation of complaints or accountability is present. Not a good week for me and I think it's time to look elsewhere for new digs. The antiquated elevators (only 2 for 400+ people) are currently being "enhanced" for six months! Meantime, only 1 elevator in service and the lobby packed with the guts of the elevator shafts and Keep Out signs while they work on the elevator, Very hard living under these conditions. No end in sight. I cannot think of any favorable things to say at this point about SIARA management. Rethink before you consider moving here! It's NOT A GREAT DAY at Nob Hill today!
