There are many reasons 121 is the best gym in Cleveland. For me, it's the expertise, support, and sincerity of the staff. The trainers are all awesome. I wound up with Sean and he was perfect. I weighed 336 pounds and - at other gyms - trainers had rejected me. I wasn't expecting much of Sean and thought I would last 2 weeks. 10 months later, I weighed 100 pounds less and was happy for the first time in my life. Not because I lost so many pounds. I'd done that before. I was happy and proud because Sean showed me (at 44) that I could be athletic and strong and healthy. I never knew that sense of pride before. Because of what I learned from Sean in that gym, I went and learned to drive, moved on to a much better job, risked making friends with new people, and even dated for the first time. It wasn't anything he said, particularly, it's that Sean never treated me like I couldn't. From the very first day, he pushed me to be strong and accountable and to work hard. He believed in me and I'll never forget him. I live far away now. It's been hard to find a gym like 121 and trainers like Sean. If you live in Cleveland, you owe it to take advantage of this resource. Nothing else out there compares.
