Extremely predatory towing company, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! My car was towed from a residential lot 1 day after the plates expired while waiting for the new stickers to come in the mail. It genuinely feels like this company was watching my car and waiting for the day they could legally tow it. Additionally, my car was absolutely filthy. While I understand that what they did is legal, they operate with an extremely predatory, scummy business practice and I strongly recommend any other towing services company.

We used AAA and they sent K&M. The driver was flustered when he picked us up but I can't blame him when AAA did not give him the correct directions I provided. We were on a dangerous curve on the 480W ramp coming off 77N under the 2nd bridge (direction I gave to AAA). This driver desperately looked for us and found us just when I was speaking to AAA to check on our pick up. When speaking to AAA they gave the driver 480W and Granger which was incorrect. I don't even know how AAA gave him "Granger". The driver moved us first into the cab to make sure we were off the road before he started working. Once he got into the cab and on our way is when he told us the directions he was given were incorrect. Again, I thought this very professional of him. I read a couple of comments on this company and sure the truck has some miles on it and the driver wasnt in a fancy service outfit but he DID A TERRIFIC JOB! Thanks K&M Towing!

We were visiting the Cleveland area. This company apparently sits in parking lots waiting to tow you if don't know all the proper places to park. We walked around the block to find something. We were gone less than 5 minutes cause the jerk driver was pulling out of the lot with my car. He wouldn't stop just yelled out the window "you shouldn't have parked here". Goes to show they are just stealing your money.

if you had your car towed from the lot on w25th guess who's fault it was ? YOURS i don't know how you are able to drive a car when you don't know how to read , there are signs all over the place! i have used there service many times and they have always been very helpful and fast . thanks guys keep up the good work
