        terrible service they asked for $99 just to show up.
        then called the next day asking for $20 extra (total of $120)more for the Cleveland downtown area.
        told them that I live a mile away from downtown and have my own parking .
        the response was if you don't pay the $120 we wont show up.
        I was a returning customer (they didn't care).
        who dose that ?
        after quoting $99 just to show up asking $20 more and not caring to lose the customer.
        i just told them I will get someone else.

        again avoid these people not worth the aggravation.

        Overall

        I had technician to come out and price the repair for refrigerator. We agreed on the price. Then when technician got a part and asked me to be home so they can perform an actual fix, Tech shows only to tell me that he needs to take another look at the part. I had to take time off for him just to take a look!!!. Then they schedule a service again but never show up. It happened 3 times and every time I had to take a day off from work. Finally when tech did the job, gave me a receipt which was more than they quoted originally. I paid anyway. Couple days later, owner of the company calls me and says that technician should've charged me more and that I owe him more money. When I refused, he threatened me in an aggressive manner. He was very rude and threatened to file me for collection.



        Please save yourself a headache and money. This company is not worth your consideration!!!
