Terrible experience that somehow continued to get worse. "Apple certified" is a reach as they could never successfully service Mac and would repeatedly send Windows techs to service a Mac and then charge us for sending the wrong guy. The fact that they never provided the services we had agreed on, nor were they even capable of it, is nothing compared to the terrible customer service we received. Techs were rude and would openly argue with us and lie to us, including the owner. We had to call 5 times to get one call back and you can hear them in the background bad talking customers. The ONLY reason we kept dealing with them was because we purchased a product that they set up and then would never give us the log-ins to, so that they could keep returning to service them in a laughable manner. Finally got the info we needed (mostly) and refuse to ever deal with them again. Seriously, it was a nightmare dealing with this company and I would seriously suggest never even considering them.

Dealt with this company on two occasions. The first time the service was excellent and I felt they took a personal interest in me from start to finish. Alas, the second time the excellent service and personal interest ended as soon as I paid. There will be no third visit to this company.

Love these guys! I always had great service from friendly staff. Will always go back (hopefully not too often!!) for all my Apple needs.

LOVE THESE GUYS!!!! We use them all the time. I have kids and they go to online sites that are loaded with viruses that mess up our computers, I know that no anti virus is fool proof (I wish). We have a great antivirus but there is always another new one out there causing trouble. The people at Icon are very thorough and really nice. They have kids and know the drill. They are always quick to get us cleaned up. My kids need computers for homework too. They were great! I definitely recommend Icon, They know their business very well and always take good care of us. Thank you Icon Computers!
