I saw two different Drs at the countryside facility.Both were terrible.I went there for shoulder pain.No help what so ever!.Told me to get an MRI.Didnt help me set it up.I had to find a place and do it myself.After the MRI They told me Rose Radiology was the worst place I could have gone.They said open MRI's don't work.Physical therapy didn't work either.Again no help what so ever.

BEWARE - This facility bills patients for amounts already charged to their credit cards. I paid them $1600 four months ago and they keep sending statements saying this amount is due to them. I sent them a copy of their credit card payment confirmation on multiple occasions and now they are sending bills threatening collections. I wonder how many elderly patients they have done this to knowing they will pay invoices without realizing they have already paid them.

one day after surgery the results were very bad. i was in severe level of pain. this continue until follow op appt. at which time the dr wanted to schedule another surgery. i was most uncomfortable with his decision and went else where. i will not write all that another found done wrong with my surgery with dr. piazza. i would highly advise anyone to not go to this dr.
