The worst customer service ever in all departments except for titling. No loyal customer treatment!!

So it all started because the truck had a light engine hot ac off Everytime they said it was fixed it was not also the horn kept going off for no reason and gauges where going nuts all 4 times the truck was in and they said it was fixed it did it again within 10 miles of picking it up so then they tell me we can't fix it but GM will replace it the guy Bob was adamant that he will get it done and there will be no problems.....Great right GM is standing behind there stuff wrong 3 days later they call and said sorry we can't do anything I have bin lied to yet once again now mind you this truck is under factory warranty so now I have to spend the day at my attorneys office to get this resolved as they gave me a truck back that was said to be safe to drive and is not so now because of safety concerns I will have to take action against GM and the dealership I have had a absolutely horrible experience her every time I've bin here there has always bin a problem took 2 months to get a appointment because they fired a service drive manager or some crap and forgot about me yet I gave them chance after chance loosing money every day we'll see what happens in court I guess sad it has to come to this......Contacted David rudder a total of 6 times not even a call back this is not how business is conducted I will blast this all over the Internet and social media......I was smart and recorded every word will make sure it all hits YouTube in a few days

I have never had such a horrible customer experience. If there is one place that should be avoided.... this is definetly at the top of the list!

I bought a 07 Ram from these crooks!! I traded my paid off car in, tells me they will give me $5oo for it? I said No... So they said ok,$1500. So I said fine that will work since I really liked the truck. All of a sudden after I signed the contract, I noticed they added a 1500 dollar " recondition fee " to it!! CONS!! That's not it... So they tell me I'm all set on the loan everything is good. Calls me two weeks later and said that they couldn't do it for what they said, they raised my payment by almost a 100 dollars a month and raised the interest rate!! To top it off, the tell me EVERYTHING is in Perfect working condition and its " bulletproof ", Guess what, the 4 wheel drive didnt work, the motor started having a cold start knock and the A/C QUIT within 2 MONTHS!! WOW, This is crazy, I have never been so screwed over on a car like these crooks did to me. I advise everyone to stay clear of these con artist!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! PLEASE LOOK AT NICK F.'s REVIEW... SAME THING HAPPEN TO ME!!

Let me tell you about my experience with these criminals. I went to dimmitt to buy a 2013 SS camaro. I traded in my cadillac cts for it. I still owed money on the cadillac and they gave me nothing for it. In fact they added the amount that I owed on the cadillac on to the price of the camaro. Fine, I agreed to that.



So they sell me the Camaro and the salesman tells me that if I'm not happy with the car in 3 days I could return it. I knew that wouldn't happen, I loved the car. What did end up happening was after having the car for 10 days they called me telling me I need to come in to discuss some financial information. When I came in they told me that they were taking the camaro from me and if I left the property they would call the police and report it stolen.



They told me they could put me in a 2012 camaro LS with no options (the SS had every option). I told them no, give me back my cadillac and my money, I want out. They said they couldn't give me back my cadillac. They literally stole my car and blackmailed me. They promised me that if I made payments for 6 months they would make everything right and put me back in the SS. I came back 6 months later and apparently the manager who told me he had worked there for 20 years no longer works there and they still couldn't put me in an SS. This dealership is the reason people list politicians, lawyers, and used cars salesman as the worst people on earth. Go to any other dealership. Don't support these thieves.

Unscrupulous, shifty, DISHONEST. Could not even pin sales person down to any firm numbers unless we agreed to purchase the same day. Needless to say, we left. Found the exact car we wanted on a different lot and purchased from them.

Key grab is very true. Dont go there waist of your time. Really bad people to work with. They dont care about the buyer at all.
