CPR-Cell Phone Repair

I've bought a Samsung 4 and 5 at Icell and Repair and was very happy with them. They were both refurbished. I have also had other phones repaired there. I was amazed at how cheap the repair was, how great their customer service was. The turnaround time was great too. Went in to see about a computer screen issue and they took great care of us. Can't say enough great things about this business.

The quality of service this "business" provides deserves less than a one star review. My husband brought his phone in there to have his screen replaced, this service was supposed to take one day. They called at the end of day one to inform my husband that they shattered the back of phone while replacing the front. They wanted to hold his phone for another 2 days or so while they ordered the back part. Due to the phone being flexible (from the back being shattered) the newly repaired front screen cracked again without being dropped. Now this joke of a business wants another $160 to repair what they broke. The biggest issue is their management and customer service skills. They refuse to accept responsibility for their actions. Mistakes happen, but own up to your mistakes and make it right. That's the bottom line. They refused to issue a refund. I have already disputed charges through my credit card company and will leave this review on every site possible to warn other potential customer

I do not usually write reviews, but I have to share how awesome my experience was with Cell and Repair . Saige and Andy were great! When I arrived at the St. Petersburg location I was greeted with a smile, and they were very friendly. I brought a Iphone 5 and Andy fixed it within 10 min., I was amazed at their turn around time, and the price to repair was outstanding. I truly felt as though my business was important to them and they were not trying to over charge me. I will not go any where else for my cell phone needs! Thank you so much Cell and Repair team!!

it was terrible. I went and bought a new phone screen for a 130 dollars and two weeks later it broke putting a case on. I went back up to the store to see if they can replace it or give me a refund and they were very rude to me. I would not recommend it for anybody unless you like having extremely bad experiences with people.

So I was sitting on my couch and jumped up to grab my husbands phone, and dropped mine (an iPhone 5) from my lap straight on to the floor glass side down. I was so upset. I immediately started crying bc I realized that I had broken not only the glass but the LCD screen and needed an entire replacement. I called them they said 100 buck to replace it I got there, was greeted immediately. The guy told me 15 min. We spoke about some phones he had in store for sale, btw great prices for great products. Not even 20 min later a guy comes for the back hands me my phone and viola my phone is fixed looks brand new. It does have a glitch or two, or maybe its just the phone I don't know but its perfect. Going to sell my iPhone on Craigslist and purchase phones from them. I'd recommend them to anyone, I even took some of their cards and will be giving them out to my friends and family.

I broke my Galaxy S4 glass and tried to repair it by myself to save some bucks. I messed up and broke the LCD and digitizer. Before I contacted this repair shop, I did some home works and found very excellent reviews on the super yellow pages. I called the Largo site, talked to Tony and requested a quote. I asked him whether he could cut down the price, and he referred me to the web site for a 10 percent discount. I traveled to 11195 Seminole Blvd in Largo and have the repair. The store is clean/professional and has several large sofas for waiting. Tony was on site and did the repairs for about 30 minutes. He did a very excellent job and stayed even after closing time at 7pm. He even recommended me for a better Otter Case for my phone protector with a discount price. He charged me around $258 after tax for the replacement of my Galaxy S4 glass, LCD and digitizer, plus the Otter Defender Rugged Protection Case and a bonus screen protector. This price was about $20 cheaper than other store will charge just for the repairs. I would strongly recommended this Largo store for any Cell repairs. The services and Prices are excellent.

yea we found a reasonable place to get our phones fixed. Both my daughter and I broke our screens and within 3 hours both of our phones had been repaired. We were even able to buy good covers for our phones. Toby was great. Go to icell and repair on Seminole blvd for your phone needs.

If I could give these guys ten stars I would. Toby and his crew were very knowledgable and friendly. They fixed the glass on my galaxy s3 and it didn't drain my wallet. If your phone is broke or glass Is cracked, I highly recommend Toby and his crew, they are wonderful. Sorry my phone probably drove you crazy. Thanks again for the great deal on my camo cover.

The customer service was fantastic. The same day my screen was shattered Eric accommodated me in every way possible and found a new screen almost immediately which I liked 100x better than the original. Shattering my screen was a blessing in disguise. :)
