Athena's Bridal Boutique

They are so accommodating in my time of need. If you need a dress on what you are wearing in my case it was my wedding, I wanted to write this review because they were the nicest people I worked with during my wedding planning so far! it made my experience that much more fun and stress free. I loved every minute of it!

I wanted to thank you for such a positive dress experience. Thanks to Gina, I was able to find "the" wedding dress within an hour. She was friendly and very helpful. The top and the hem were perfect, I felt like a princess on my Wedding Day!! I will highly recommend your store to my friends.

I went to a few places to try and find my perfect wedding gown. Most of the places had huge puffy dresses or dresses with long trains, etc. As I was an "older" bride, I wanted something more mature and classic. I had something very specific in mind and was sure I would never find it. A co-worker suggested I try Athena's, so I went there - not expecting very much. Imagine my shock when I walked in and there, hanging on the back of a door, was MY wedding gown! It was EXACTLY what I had been picturing in my mind and I was absolutely thrilled! Beautiful long sleeved lace bodice, buttons down the back, and a lovely flowing gown - crepe over satin. The only problem? It was the only one they had and it was two sizes too big, with my wedding just 3 weeks away! No problem, they assured me - they had an excellent seamstress who could do the alterations in time and she did! I was so very happy!!! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, is because the alterations were pricey - almost half the cost of the dress itself. Otherwise, I was very satisfied with my experience here and they were very friendly to me! Thank you, Athena's!

I had read everyone's review of Athena's and I decided not to go there but one of my appointments did not work out so I figured I would give it a try. I walked in without an appointment and was greeted with open arms. They took me in and really helped me find what I was looking for. The woman I worked with was very patient and accommodating. They did not try to rush me in any way and they all had a wonderful and upbeat attitudes. They also worked with my price range. After I went to Athena's I went to 2 more stores but they didn't compare to the service I had received at Athena's. I ended up buying my dress there and I am very excited to go back for the fittings.

Don't listen to the above reviews, they sound like a batch of bridezilla's if you ask me. When I went to the shop yesterday they were nothing but extremely nice! The woman that worked with me was excellent and so helpful. She even gave me helpful information for extra's considering I'm on a budget. I ended up finding the dress of my dreams there and I will be back in a couple days to buy it. I would recommend Athena's bridal to any upcomming bride.

The review posted by Deanna1229 on 6/18/07 pretty much sums up my experiences with Athena's Bridal Boutique. The staff is very cold and unwelcoming. My first experience was shopping for a prom dress with my daughter. She was in tears - in the store - by the time it ended. Two years later I shopped there for a "Mother-of-the-Bride's" dress. They clearly did not want to be bothered with such a 'petty order'. I tried on four gowns and no attempt was made by the sales staff to assist me. Have you ever tried to zip up one of those gowns by yourself???
