Provided by SuperpagesI called AWS after our old softener developed a leak. The owner, Ron, came out and checked out the system and gave us the options. We chose to replace with a new system. Provided by SuperpagesWe called Advanced Water Service in Dunedin, FL. Over the phone, Ron asked me several questions and realized the issue. He came out the following day, replaced clock, timer, ran machine. Today, my water is as soft as it was when new. He is the most HONEST and knowledgable repair person I have met. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for all your soft water needs.

Provided by SuperpagesWe purchased a GE water softener from another company and received a 5 year 100% warranty in which they have not honored. We called Ron at Advanced Water Service and he came out and found the problem and corrected it immediately. His repair cost was very reasonable and he even called the following day to see if we had soft water that meets our standards. I would highly recommend Ron and will be a customer of his from this point on, even though we are still under warranty with another service. That service refused to come out several times stating there was no problem. Thank you Advance Water for believing me and acting so promptly. Our water is softer than it has been in years.
