McDonald's

Customer service was good.. seeing new faces in the morning hrs. There is a new woman with glasses who works in the morning I guess she is a manager, she greets and smiles you as you walk in. Seems very friendly and through. Other wise very busy place at times I would return on my next visit

Was recently on vacation in Clearwater Beach and took my children for lunch one afternoon. My husband went to the counter to order and I sat outside with my son who has autism and my other 2 children were also sitting with me. A few minutes later, my husband came out and asked if I had any money as he only had a $50 and they weren't able to accept the large bill. He went back in to finish paying and get the order only to be told by a customer in line that he had cut the line. My husband explained that he had been there, went outside to ask me a question and came back in, Long story short, the manager told my husband that she could not serve him even though she was not there when the incident happened. I went in to see what the problem was and was asked if I taught my children common courtesy. I was never spoken to in such a demeaning way by someone, especially by someone who is supposed to have exceptional customer service skills. I had even told her that my son was autistic and only would eat McDonald's French fries and nuggets. She could have cared less. This establishment is a disgrace to turn away a special needs child. I had called customer service to put in a complaint and was told that I would be getting a call from a franchise owner. I am still awaiting that call.
