My fiance and I were beyond excited to get in and eat delicious steak... it took long to be seated but that's expected it was packed... say at the bar and the piano man was obnoxiously loud... food took forever and the steak had no flavor...they said someone in the kitchen quit but you still season the meat before sending it out...temperature on the steaks were right but it's just bland meat...no Cajun or spices used at all...and no steak sauce...what a waste

Save your money. This place is horrible. Unless you are into the Christmas Spirit (which it is poorly decorated to achieve the theme)...well im not sure whether that is what they were going for or not. My ahi tuna (which is suppose to be seared on the outside) was cooked like a pork chop. The service was horrid. Overall, very disappointing.

Took my prom date to Edwards. Had a reservation for 5:30 but it took forever for us to receive service. Not too big of a deal since it was a special night and I purposely made early reservations in case this happened. First, we got the pasta dinner for two which was the same price as the steak for two. Did anyone say anything? Of course not. Second, the meal came with a salad but when asked what kind of dressing my date would like, she said he would like a Caesar salad. The guy never told us it would cost extra for it. Obviously we wouldn't know that. Third, our total bill was $58 (remember we ordered PASTA) and that included a $15 gratuity. Seems a little generous to yourself there buddy. That's more than 30%. Considering the condescending attitude, lack of customer service, and ridiculous bill... I think it is safe to say they took advantage of our age and mistreated us. We weren't the only ones either. Several other prom dates went there and it got worse and worse. One couple didn't even receive their food until over an hour after ordering and they got served in to-go containers while their server said next time don't be late. I have no idea if they were late but punishing them on purpose on prom night is way worse! She was rolling her eyes the whole time too. NEVER go there!!

What a disappointment this restaurant was to us. The special was Prime Rib...don't get it, it is not worth even the $13.50 they charged for it. You would expect a top rated steakhouse to have real prime rib...the kind you cook whole and then slice off portions...not apparently frozen prime rib that is then grilled and served. It had hardly any flavor, was tough and greasy. Does not make us want to go there again! The only good thing was the waitress who looks just like Taylor Swift...expression, mannerisms, body type...everything.
