Kansai Japanese Steakhouse

My family went here tonight for a birthday dinner, we were told it was a 1 hour wait, it took 2 hours to get a table. We watched as they took 3 reservation that were at 7:00 and we had been waiting for a table since 6. After speaking to the manager nothing was done and at one point she yelled at me for asking why it was taking so long. I don't think we will be going back.

My family and I go here every chance we can. The food is the best and the chefs keep you entertained. Great place for lunch too.

I have eaten at Kobe and others in this area. This by far the very best restuarant in the area. The food is always excellant and the service is outstanding. Drinks never get more than half empty and always friendly and polite. Food is cooked perfectly and always done with a wonderful amount of flare and style.

The food was terrible, and terrible services . Food was Salty and over cooked , the services not good at all, no refill I have to get up and refill myself . would not come back , rather go somewhere else for better services.

I took my family to Kansai for later lunch , the servers throw salad on the tables and walk away, i need to ask for more sauce she wont come back until i finish the meal



Chef came out with dirty shirt, it's was bad experience, would not come back again.
