Ms pool

I am very dissatisfied with the quality of workmanship by M.S. Pool LLC regarding the installation of a new liner for our pool. I have contacted the owner on numerous occasions to resolve the issues with the pool liner. He has been unable and/or unwilling to correct the problems, and as of yesterday (5/25/12), he came to my house, drained the pool, removed the fittings holding the liner in place, and left my pool in a completely unusable condition. I have tried to contact the owner but he will not answer or return my phone calls.
The issues I have with M.S. Pool LLC are listed below:
1) He was supposed to file down the hooks he cut off in the shallow end of the pool. They now protrude from behind the liner.
2) The corners of the pool are far too tight.
3) There are still wrinkles at the steps in the shallow end.
4) The trim on the step was not installed properly.
5) The whole liner was installed crooked.
6) There are crater like sunken in areas all over the bottom of the pool, from the poorly trawled sand.

Pressed us to give him a $2,000 deposit and stated he would refund if the project wasn't approved. Said " we needed to secure or spot in line". Still waiting for our refund. Will advise if it gets resolved....beware.

Received 1650 of my original 2000. Deposit. We ended up paying 350 for the estimate and plans for the proposal.

Very pleased with MS pools. I recently needed a pool company to come out to look at my liner and when I called M S pools he had a long list of people down that he set up jobs to do,he was generous enough to squeezed me in between jobs. I was so happy that he came out even though he is so busy! My liner was Fixed very quickly and not to mention how fabulous it looks. I respected the owner of this company and his honesty by fixing my liner and not just replacing it,which would have cost me a lot more. I also see how busy he is this time of year and was very appreciative of him. Thanks again!

MS Pools is currently installing my inground pool as we speak. They have been nothing but professional, timely, and courteous. I have already recommended MS Pools to some co-workers and friends. I will continue to use them for all servicing moving forward. I could not be more happy with the quality of work that was completed by them. Thanks for making my summer and future summers more memorable!!!!

Mike has been doing pools for years and him and his crew their experience shows. Have referred him to family and friends in which all of them have used ms pool services and all are extremely happy. Would and will keep referring him to everyone. Excellent job ms pools!!
