Morris Auto Repair

We had car trouble just outside Clanton. We were picking up a friend that lives there, had come from Tuscaloosa (90miles away) & we're headed to the beach for a few days of much-needed Downtime. Despite us being from out of town, clearly "on the road" & on a very Tight budget, this whole family pitched in to give us the very best & complete care they possibly could. They tried getting help from the dealership (my car was JUST out-of-warranty), they accepted the cash I had on me, which was less than a 1/4 of the total amt owed & even provided us a vehicle to get some lunch while we waited! We spent +/-5 hours with these folks & they did everything possible to get us Back on the road in time to see the beach in the early evening hours & still sign in to our non-refundable rooms!! Thanks to this family/business, we were able to thoroughly enjoy the Rest of our vacation!!

This place is great! My car was struggling to get over 45 mph. I took it to Morris Auto and he cleaned out the engine and gave it a tune up. It runs great now! I had them fix my driver's side window. The motor wasn't working. I had the door replaced when someone hit it. But, I had used another auto shop to put in the new door. (I didn't know about Morris Auto then.)

I had a warranty that said if the door messed up in any way, they would fix it for free as long as I owned the car. They didn't fix it the 1st time and refused to fix it again, warranty or not.
But, Morris Auto fixed it the 1st time and it still works.
This is the only place I'll go. Even for an oil change.
I recommend them.

This place was terrible. I advise that no one takes their car to this repair shop. They have horrible prices, but even worse service. He added spark plugs when all we asked him to do was to replace the fuel pump. This was the worst experience I have ever had with an automotive repair shop. And This place doesn't even deserve a star.
