        I Did Not Like Dr. Caplan, DPM. He Was Rude And Mean, When I Went To My Appointment In Chillicothe, Ohio. He Is Running Patients Away With His Bad Attitude. I Don't Like Him. He Treats You Like Your Stupid. I Am 57 Years Old, I Lived In Chillicothe Most Of My Life. I Won't Go Back To Him Again. he Treats You As If Your Still Wet Behind The Ears. I Loved Dr. Sampson. He Was Nice. I Hate Dr, Caplan. DPM. he Is Mean. Don't Go To Him. He's Mean. Hateful.
