I called this office because I had 3 referrals for a dentist in Cincinnati. When I called, I stated my name, along with who I was with and asked for a fax number so I could send the doctor the referrals without taking any time out of the doctors day. I was hung up on. I thought that the line must have dropped. That someone answering the phones at a professional office would NEVER be that rude. So I called back and said "yes, I was waiting for your fax number?" and was AGAIN hung up on. The man that was answering this phone was so incredibly rude. If this is the kind of person that is answering these calls, I would NEVER refer someone to this office. It's a shame because the doctor probably has no idea.
