Never to go to this dentist, I am actually traumatized by my experience at this dentist. After waiting for 45 minutes to be seen, we were directed to to examination area, hastily provided a toothbrush and a bag and quickly and told to sit in an examination chair and brush a stuffed animals teeth. The assistant then left to assist bringing other patient's back and did not interact with us at all after this. We waited for another 10-15 minutes to see the dentist. When the dentist did come to see us there was no interaction between him and my daughter (no hello or anything) and very little between himself and me. He gave very quick and generic explaination of what was going to be done with the tools he was using and began the examination, my daughter was scared and began resisting a bit and without any attempt to calm my daughter the dentist pulled out a metal tool used to hold her mouth open and informed me to hold her hands down. After seeing my daughter crying and struggle with fear, I requested the examination stop. I am very angry at the lack of bedside manner and to see a dentist that does not attempt to calm a first time patient or even take a few minutes to greet the patient. I can not express how disappointed I am with this dentist. For a first time patient this was a miserable experience which left me extremely upset. It is frustrating to see the a pediatric dentist that would not take the time to make a child comfortable or try to build some type of rapport with a first time patient, promoting a positive experience for a child. I surely hope that this is a one time experience and that other's have had a better experience. Based on my experience I will not be returning nor will I ever recommend this dentist to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will be sure to inform anyone looking for a pediatric dentist not to go here
