I came in for a new patient appt and because the office staff is too lazy to call the insurance company and ONLY relies on the electronic verification, I waited 25 mins, took off work only for them to tell me I had to reschedule. Debbie at the front desk is extremely rude and none of the staff was helpful at all. I will not be returning to them and I will make sure to tell all of my friends, co workers and family that the office staff is awful!!
