Auto Glass Now Cincinnati

Called on a wed said they would be here fri from9-4 waited all day called them at 3 was told they were sorry wouldn't be able to make it but would be here mon.9 am and would give me a discount called them at 10:30 they said they wouldn't be able to come because it was a 2 man job and somebody called in sick.....Called Glass America yesterday it was a little more expensive but new windshield was put in today and it only took 1 person!!!! this wouldn't let me post without giving a star

Long wait terrible customer service.

My back passenger side window was off track in -1 degrees wich was a $125 repair which i didnt have these guys put it back on track for less than half of that just because they are GREAT! people who do excellent work i am so greatfull i reccomend anyone with auto glass repair needs to go see these guys! Thank you guys so much

Came to auto glass now to have my windshield replace and the customer service was second to none the guys was good at explaining what needed to be replaced the offered me choices on different molding and was up front about the prices thanks guys will tell a friend or two about my experience.

Glass Masters beat any other price Iﾒve seen. Only problem I had is I thought my windshield would already be here instead of me waiting for someone to go and pick it up.

quoted a price on the phone,......after the shield was installed, ...price went up $100.00 more....the guy could only say you want for us to take it off and just charge for labor....guys who installed the windshield did not take all the glass from door out so now every time I close the door all you hear is glass in the door...Don't trust these guys....If you do go, get every thing in writing..They will cheat you..

I called Glass Masters on 11/25/10 to replace a back glass on my 2005 Dodge Pickup. I was simply calling to get a quote because I did not expect for anyone to be able to fix this for me the same day, and after calling around to others I knew that it was a very costly job that I would have to get done on our near payday instead. The lady that picked up the phone was extremely friendly to me, and sounded truly sorry that I had to replace this expensive back glass. Most other companies were just giving me the price and couldnt get off of the phone fast enough. So, the lady tells me the price and then says "You know if you have full coverage insurance on that truck, I may be able to save you a bunch of money". Noone I had called prior even asked me if I had insurance, let alone took the time to explain the comprehinsive side of it to me. So I give her my agents info and she calls him FOR ME and finds out that I have a 100 comprehinsive deductible, which means that is all I pay. I say great that is going to save me over 300 for my particular glass. Then she proceeds to tell me that with the specials she has going on she can even waive half of that price for me. Very long story short, I end up paying $50.00 for a glass that everyone else wanted $400+ for. I went to the shop and they had me ready to go within an hour and half with my brand new glass. I have had no problems with the work. It was done by a very professional repair man. I would recommend Glass Masters to anyone for the friendly staff, the fair rates, and the quick, professional service. THANKS GLASS MASTERS!!!

Replaced windshield because of a crack that was spiderwedding. Upon purchasing a NEW windshield. Two months later NEW windshield cracked and has now spiderwebbed across my WHOLE NEW WINDSHIELD. I DO NOT Recommend! told them about it and they would not even give me any type of discount on a new windshield.

quoted a price on the phone, I asked specifically for a w/ tax and fee price........after the shield was installed, the tacked on taxes to the quote price.........guys who installed te windshield were good, not their fault......only a 20$ difference, just dont like getting jerked around for an extra 20 bucks.............i"ll go somewhere else next time......

Glass Master was actually the 1st windshield place that I called. I decided not to book an appointment with them because I actually thought I was going to be able to find a better deal. A couple of days had passed and my boyfriend was annoyed that I hadn't repair my windshield ( I mean I was actually embarrased by the big horizontal crack in had.) So I decided to call them again to my amazement the quote was still the same and I was able to have mobile service to my job. Plus I am covered by warranty for a whole year. I do have to say they're great very professional and very affordable.
