I've purchased 2 cars for my family at Ibarra Motors. I've had my SUV for 5 years without any mechanical problems, I will go back when it's time for a different vehicle.

I have purchased 2 cars from here. My first one was about 4 or 5 years ago & my last purchase was just 3 weeks ago. I gotta say I've been completely satisfied both times. I obviously don't expect my cars to be in perfect condition since they are used cars, but they are in great condition. One of the cars did need a little TLC and even though I purchased the car as is, I brought it to their attention and they addressed the problem right away. Very nice and friendly people. I think it's more of a family business so they make you feel comfortable and they're not pushy like other dealers. I've recommended this place to friends and they seem to have the same opinion so thats definitely a plus... Thanks again Ibarra Motors! I'm loving my car!

i regret purchasing a van from this company. They do false advertising on carsforsale.com. What they list on the site is definitely not what you get. Example: van was advertised as having a casette player and dvd player, oh it did but they did not work. I was told the systems would be fixed if I brought it another day. 2 days after my purchase the van started to show problems, it made a creaking noise when turning. I took the van back to the dealer to get try and get the issue fix but the employee got very defensive and rude.. He said he would not fix anything. I asked for my money back and left there without a car. The company takes no pride in costumer service experience and they do not keep their word.
