Loc Vo - State Farm Insurance Agent

I actually got sick and tired dealing with my previous insurance company (i'd rather not say becuase ill be talking for days) and the lack of customer service and promptness i needed my services to be taken care of. I stumbled on Loc Vo's information through yellow pages because it was the closest State Farm Insurance to my house. I called in and asked for a quote on my house and auto insurance. Not only did i recieve my insurance quotes within a half hour throuh email but the agent (Loc Vo) helped me actually review some other quotes that i recieved from other companies and i literally spent 2 hours on the phone with him going over other companies quotes and him making sure that i understood the Insurance terms. Some might think ohh this is a relative who is writing a review but that is far from the truth. Im actually a current client of his who was blown away by his kindness and took it upon myself to write this review to applaud Loc and his agents in that office who are always so kind to me when i call and when i have a problem (recently got into an auto accident, sorry Loc) took care of everything for me with out even me having to call back and ask if it is getting taken care of. If you would like your Insurance company to get back to you promptly when you call or take care of a problem when you have one than this is the office, oh and they have some cute agents in there, hi boys lol
