Hotel Chicago West Loop

The hotel looks nice on outside but when you walk in it looks like a ghetto run down jail . Like out of a scary movie . when u go in elavator it's not even a real elavator it's like one from the 50s. That's not even the real issue. THERE ARE HUGE BED BUGS ! I SWEAR ON MY LIFE HUGE AND ALOT. My bf slept in the bed cause he didn't believe me. And I slept on counter lol yeah I moved tv and slept on the counter. But he woke me up screaming BUGS! they were crawling out from covers, pillows, up and down walls . We went downstairs to try to get money back it was like 3 am and the receptionist wasn't there so we stayed up all night cause we thought we were gonna get our money back and when we went to front desk in morning the owner , supervisor , whoever was so rude, huge attitude , told us we don't get our money back and to leave , we paid 225 to stay a week and left 6 days early. my bfs back is all bitten up its so disgusting and swollen , .. Normally I'm not one to leave bad reviews for anywhere but I needed to warn others to not waste their money because this was the worst experience I've had at a hotel / motel or should I call it BUG INFESTED BOX. Seriously ... I wish I could upload picture of my bfs back ... I'm seriously appalled at house disgusting this place is . STAY AWAY! Or don't believe me and ull be sleeping with bugs .
