        Useless Waste of Time

        I tried using the BBB to force an auto repair shop to honor their warranty. No luck. The BBB is a business advocate, not a consumer advocate. Businesses pay the BBB for their listing. Therefore the BBB is useless and inconsequential when it comes to assisting the consumer when the consumer has been ripped off. The BBB “report card” grade you see on various websites is, in all actuality, pointless. Also using the BBB to locate“good” and “reputable” businesses is a farce. The BBB is a useless organization – a bureaucratic supporter of businesses who pay the price.
