Jaw Surgery
Every reconstructive case is different. Consultations with Dr. Katabi will help our team devise the ideal plan of action that’s personalized to fit your unique needs and goals for treatment. Unlike corrective jaw surgery, which can include the alteration of existing jaw structure, reconstructive surgery is primarily focused on the replacement of necessary hard and soft tissues that are missing or have been lost. Our goal is to help patients regain the proper function they need to thrive in their everyday lives, as well as a much-improved appearance that allows their self-confidence to return.
Maxillofacial Surgery
Dr. Katabi has extensive knowledge, training and certification in a wide variety of anesthesia techniques. Dr. Katabi is certified by both the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology. All staff members have various certifications related to cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), emergency patient care, and patients undergoing anesthesia.
Tooth Extractions
Wisdom Teeth: Also known as third molars, wisdom teeth are usually removed in a patient’s teenage/young adult years because modern mouths simply don’t have the necessary space to accommodate them, leading to dangerous partial or full impaction in the soft tissue and bone. Patients in need of wisdom tooth extraction can experience experience oral pain, irritation, infections, and even the development of cysts and tumors if the procedure isn’t provided early enough in their development.
Bone Grafting
