Affordable Seating

I'm quite pleased with the chairs and booths I recently ordered from Affordable Seating. The service was seamless with timely turnaround and delivery. I would recommend to anyone searching for quality furniture for their business.

Dozens of emails, calls, and 6 months later, we have received less than half of the refund we were promised 5 months ago.

First of all, the chairs were no good. As a person who chose to purchase thousands of dollars worth of chairs, that upset me. Could I have purchased the chairs somewhere local where I had access to a physical test chair? Of course, but the cost of the chairs was very reasonable and I loved how they looked. Plus, they had assigned an account manager to me who promised they would work with me throughout the whole process.

But once the chairs arrived, they were clearly dysfunctional. They rocked dramatically when anyone sat on them. They weren't sturdy, and more importantly, they weren't safe.

So, I started the return process for the chairs, and my account manager was nowhere to be found. I ended up talking to a customer service person who said that I would need to email evidence,. I emailed them the video proof that their chairs were unsafe, along with pictures of the gaps between the wooden pieces that caused this issue.

First contact for the refund was August 15th.

On August 22nd, the vendor said it was a 'Defective Batch,' that they don't have replacements available, and that they would be issuing a full refund.

August 23rd, they picked up the chairs to be refunded.

October 31, we were told that they would mail the check to our billing address 'soon.' (38 days)

November 19th, they finally told us what the total would be for the refund, and that they had mailed it.

November 30th until Dec 14, 2018, I reached out to request that the check be canceled and reissued, since we had not received the check.

January 11th, We still had not received the check, and customer service wouldn't take my calls.

January 22nd, We received a check! For exactly $2,000 less than the amount we were informed we would receive on 11/19/18.

They have a great selection of wood chairs and matching bar stools. I liked being able to choose the finish and have it the chairs, bar stools and tables all match the wood in my restaurant. The service was great too. My order was delivered in about 10 days.

This is a great source for wood chairs and bar stool. I was able to get a pair that matched and they look great. The finish is identical too. Great quality and I received my order fast.

I got a good deal on some really durable chairs and bar stools. I needed furniture that would be able to stand up to heavy usage and these bar stools seem tough. They also sent them out to me fast.

Their resin table tops and swivel bar stools are just what my saloon needed. They are tough and durable and fit in nicely. The bar stools are very good quality. I've been using them for a few months now and no problems, even though I get a lot of traffic.

They had some good-looking tables. I bought some US made laminate tables which go great with my decor. They are also easy to clean and I got a good price on them.

I love their upholstered chairs. They had so many option to choose from it was hard to decide. Fortunately, the customer service was very helpful and steered me in the right direction. I really like the plush seats.

I had some custom booths made with my logo and they did a really great job. The customer service was very good about making sure they got it just right and they also sent me photos before the booths were finished . It was important not only that they got the logo right but also that the booths were strong, quality booths. They didn't disappoint.

It was very important for me to get bar stools and chairs that matched exactly and could be reordered in the case that I had to reorder in the future. There is nothing less professional looking than mismatched furniture in a restaurant, even if the differences are small. I've heard from multiple restaurant owners that they reordered from Affordable Seating the same items they needed to replace as many as four years after their first order. So I decided to order what they said were some of their most popular standard items that were sure to remain available for years to come. I appreciate the sales staffs help for being so patient with me!

I was shopping for outdoor seating and I found some good deals on Affordable Seating. The patio furniture was shipped out fast and it seems to be good quality. The chairs look nice enough to use indoors as well as outdoors.

Affordable Seating had great matching chairs and bar stools. I was really impressed with the quality and the customer service was great. They didn't try to oversell me and got me just what I wanted. The prices were much lower than I'd seen elsewhere too, but you wouldn't know by looking at the chairs!

This is the worse company I have ever dealt with. I would NEVER make a purchase from this company and I would NOT recommend this company.

I was looking for some furniture for the lobby and café in my hotel. Affordable Seating had a wide selection of chairs, tables and booths that would look great in a hotel. I bought some waiting benches and club chairs for the lobby which look really nice.
