Hellbent Performance Off Road

Hellbent is the very best place to get your truck or jeep customized. They even build scratch rock crawlers....take a look at Dans buggy on YouTube, totally awesome. Let me give you a hint though: these guys are your run of the mills change your oil kinda folks, they are serious artist when it comes to your truck or jeep. Sure they sell wheels and tires but most of all they make your truck look like no other! That means be prepared for big trucks in the parking lot.....that is what they do and they are the best. I spent over $10,000 there and I couldn't be happier.



The owner Tommy Loggia is great, Mike works the front end and works in the back AJ works with Tommy in the back. Yep they are always busy and they have a lot of fun and the customers do as well. I tell everyone, this is the best four wheel drive shop I've ever seen. Don't believe me go look for yourself, but if your expecting a see a bunch of old mechanics think again, these guys are twenty something kids who work to the extreme. If you don't like that kind of place maybe you should try Dobbs!

I recently had some work done to my truck. I can not tell you how impressed I was with their knowledge and great service. My truck was done on time as promised any questions were explained in detail, it was a pleasant experience. I look forward to having more goodies put on my truck soon.

Unless you drive a jacked-up truck 24/7, just pulling into the parking lot is nerve-wracking. Upon entering the facility, I was greeted by three very cute, friendly and loud dogs. I love dogs, but it would be nice to see a sign posted at the entrance warning people.

There were two other customers waiting. I waited at the desk for almost 7 minutes. I could hear people talking in the room off to the left and the mechanics working in the shop. I decided to call HellBent; only then did someone come into the waiting area. I explained that I was there to pick up parts and gave them the name. Five minutes later, said parts were located. Meanwhile... one customer left without ever being helped. When it was time to pay, the part order had not been entered into the system so the young lady did not know what to charge me. I called my fiancé (who had ordered the part) and asked what he had been quoted. When I told him that it wasn't in the system, the man that had brought the order to me said 'that's because our parts guy is an a$$hole'. How unprofessional!

The lady asked for my fiancé's name and phone number. I gave it to her and she said 'Oh yeah, I've talked to him... a few times' making it sound as if we were bothering her with our order. Granted, it was not a very large order, but it was to be the first of many. Not any longer. I will gladly pay more, drive farther, or wait longer for a delivery than deal with this business again.
