I'll increase stars for this review if I see some improvement (or decrease if things continue to stay bad) but my first year with this organization managing my complex is not off to a good start. Their website is quite outdated and hasn't been updated in well over a year with any news or information on projects in my association. I've had numerous issues with submitting owner requests because their website was designed in the early 21st century and is not on par with today's standards ands compatibility issues with anyone not running Windows Explorer 7.0. Numerous times, requests were lost in the digital ether. I've had to call to have them resolve issues with their website .The requesting process has been excruciatingly slow when it comes to addressing fixes for common problems. Perhaps a sign of mismanagement or simply overwhelmed by the amount of resources available to address the problems.

I would give negative stars if I could. This management company doesn't return phone calls, has no other way of being reached. I have asked 4 times for the names of the board members for my community but have gotten absolutely no response from them. The other residents in our community have similar complaints. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - you might as well throw your money down the toilet!
