I am an unsatisfied customer of Rapid Movers. First they show up with no tape to wrap any of the furniture with so “I” had to go the store and purchase this myself (which he did take off the bill) but one would think movers would know what items are needed to perform their job. But the main issue was that I was overcharged by an hour ($50.00). I know everyone was tired so I understood and the next day I called and requested my money be returned. I was told twice that the owner would be by to drop off my refund but he never showed up. Then I was told my money would be returned via mail. I have not yet received the overpayment and it has now been four weeks with no return phone calls in over a week. I think he feels that I will go away – I think not...

We called them on short notice to move some furniture from one house to another.

The furniture arrived packed and secured very well.

They moved it into the house through tight areas with out damage to walls furniture or floors.

The price was the best we could get and the service was great.

I never write reviews but for the job they did I thought I should write one.

A real Pro. Guy can draw! I gave him an idea I wanted the best I could and he came back with something better than I could of dreamed of. Highly recommend tattootales, the place is also immaculate.
