Just about my whole family has insurance through Agent Norma Olivares. She's awesome! She has ALWAYS been available even when we thought we were just gonna leave a message to assist us with questions. My in-laws don't speak a grime of English and she has been super helpful with them and has been able to guide them in the proper direction.
