Zx Fitness Steele Creek

ZX Fitness has some very shady business practices. I signed up for a membership with my daughter over a year ago. Not only did they sign me up for something without letting me know but when I tried to cancel they claim they never recieved my notice and continued to charge me. My bank had changed my debit card due to fraud activity at the bank and they were not able to debit my account. Instead of letting me know ZX just kept rackting up the charges for 5 months before they decided to give me a call, or might I say they called my daughter, not me. I thought it had been taken care of and now I am being bullied by their so called acct. manager, Kimberly. There are many other gyms in Charlotte that are cheaper, cleaner and will not harrass you. When you go in there the fitness people bug you trying to get you to sign up for their service, of course for a fee. DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM!
