Jonny did my (first) tattoos. He was friendly, efficient and willing to go the extra mile to make me happy. His work is impeccable.

Paris did a good job and he stands by his work. Hope to see him again someday when I return to Charlotte.

My friend and I made a day trip down to Charlotte, NC for the first time today. We walked in and were immediately greeted by the receptionist and Matt Trimble, whom had just had an all day appointment cancellation so he was able to fit us in right then and there! Not only was Matt’s work absolutely flawless but he was just an all around awesome guy! Super professional, outgoing, down to earth, worked with our budget, and gave us pieces of artwork that brought my friend and me to tears. His passion for what he does showed in his work. We will not only be returning for our next tattooing session because of the amazing atmosphere and artwork that Paris Tattoos delivered (and at such a reasonable amount for the size may I add) but also because of Matt’s customer service and amazing ability to deliver exactly what we wanted. Privileged to have stopped by and met such a great person. Thanks guys!

I discovered Paris about 1 year ago when I was contemplating starting my sleeve. Since then I have become a huge fan of his work and the work of his esteemed staff. For example, last weekend I went to the mall wearing a tank top. I counted 14 people, within 1.5 hours, who fell in love with my half sleeve that is not even completely finished. I'm so excited for the upcoming session to complete my, basically freehand, goddess of knowledge.

Paris exceeded our expectations! From the moment my husband walked through the doors of the studio, he was impressed; by the atmosphere, the professionalism & the courteousness he was was treated with. The memorial portrait he got of his WWII POW grandfather is beautiful! Paris is the best portrait tattoo artist we've found in Charlotte & his aftercare goes above and beyond! Since the tattoo was completed, Paris has checked in daily, just to make sure everything was still good and we had no questions. He is absolutely AMAZING.

He is meticulous, a perfectionist, has an excellent attention to detail, and does gorgeous line work and is very consistent. Very clean artwork and very sterile tattoo artist. I am blown out of the water by his talent.

I received 4 tattoos from him: a pointillism piece that is absolutely exquisite in detail, a few astronomical symbols that required PERFECT circles and line work that he absolutely NAILED-it looks like a computer printed it onto my skin they are that perfect, Third: a Compass: the directional points come to a perfect point and not a period and that takes a LOT of skill and practice to do, and lastly a gorgeous painterly black and grey fawn piece that is exactly like the reference I gave him and more.

He is VERY sweet and has an overall calming effect. This was my first time getting a tattoo and I went big and sat for four tattoos and I trusted this man 100%.



I have always taken an interest in tattooing- I researched a lot and being an artist myself-I knew exactly what I was looking for. These were my first tattoos and it took me THREE years of scrutinizing over portfolios and contacting other "big" artists in the Charlotte area that I either A) I did not mesh with or get a good vibe from or B) They did not have the (in my opinion) technical skill level or the style of art in their portfolio that I gravitated to.

....All until I came across Robert's portfolio this year when he moved to the area and I immediately KNEW he was my artist.

If I ever decide to get more tattoos, I will not go to anyone else.

have had two sessions with Conan with a 3rd coming soon. He has done an amazing job and has come up with a one of a kind tattoo. He does truly amazing work. Paris has done an awesome job putting together a awesome team and great clean studio.

I have a couple of tattoos from artists that didn't spend the time discussing my ideas and offering suggestions which is what everyone should hope to get from a quality tattoo artist. Paris Pierides spent the time to understand what I wanted, what it should represent, size, placement and gave suggestions based on his years of experience and artistic ability. As scattered as my ideas were, Paris was able to understand my wishes and created an amazing piece of art that has helped me in difficult times. I went to Paris to add white to an already existing tattoo that I had done while living in CT. Now that I moved to NC I had to have someone else do this. When I walked in, I did not think that Paris would work on me seeing all the awards he earned, magazine articles written about him and the high caliber of his art in general. (when I have talked to other artists in CT. with this same talent, they had a lot of attitude and would not even bother to tattoo me! ). First thing I noticed was how humble Paris is and the integrity of his work as well as the respect he has for other artists. He was careful to make sure that I was truly from CT and in this predicament because he does not work on other artists' tattoos. While working on the tattoo, he said positive things about the original artist and even mentioned how Charlotte has good tattoo artists as well. I saw his canvas work and pictures of original tattoos he has done and they are both beautiful. Paris treats you as his canvas and his tattoos as any other original work of art done on canvas. He does beautiful, beautiful work and is the nicest guy. They are all nice. He only asks that you take care of the work done so that it will last a long time and that you will be happy.

I waited 58 years to get my first tattoo. So I've had a lot of time to think about it. I did know that I wanted something I could be proud of and wear as a piece of art; and not something that everyone else could have. After checking tattoo shops in several states and countless artist portfolios, I found Paris Pierides, owner of Paris Tattoos in Charlotte NC. Paris has lived and studied around the world. At each of his stops he has received numerous artistic awards and countless magazine articles that highlight his artistic and tattooing success. Paris is a master of his craft and meticulous in his work. My expectations were exceeded during every step of out session..

There may be more well known artists and those that are more expensive; but there is no other artist and shop that can do better quality original artwork and tattooing on a consistent basis than Paris Tattoos. Paris and his shop of artists are creative and superior technicians. His shop offers value, a friendly comfortable environment, and a tattoo you can be proud of.

The credits definitely go to Mary Jane today at PARIS TATTOOS. Ii loved how she made sure ii was a 100% satisfied with my tattoo before placing it. This is my first tattoo ii have ever gotten and i have more than pleased with this place. They treated me like family! They were a blast.. And we all laughed the whole time!! Love these guys!! There is some amazing talent in this place.. Paris, Conan, Mary Jane (of course) and there is a few others. Finally the woman from Russia ii cant recall her name but she was super sweet and always cleaning! Loved her accent!! Ii cannot wait to go back!!

It’s hard to put into words how to describe Paris at Paris Tattoo’s. Professional? Absolutely. Clean and Sanitary? Of course. But what about the talent? Bar none, the best in Charlotte. Period. I’m not going to let just anybody put ink on my body. I have a few tattoos already and was use to quality work. My first 2, I searched far and wide while in San Francisco, and finally decided on the famous Lyle Tuttle studios. But now I live in Charlotte and I was looking for that right someone to do a sleeve for me. Now don’t get me wrong, there are several top-notch artists in Charlotte doing good work, but nothing really special. That’s is until I saw some of Paris’s work on a friend. Amazing and in Awe was the only way I could describe it. I had found “The one”. It wasn’t that I “Had” to have work done by Paris. I “Must”! His artistic vision, talent, and experience are truly inspiring. The subtle nuance and flair are impeccable. He has done image rendering and free-hand on me…so far. To say I’m satisfied is an understatement. I’ve finally just said, “Do what you do. I have totally faith and trust in your abilities. I’m turning the whole design and process over to you. Do what you do best. Create.” So here is my final statement. You’d be a fool not to have your work done by Paris. It isn’t just ink, it’s art.

After a horrible experience at tattoo shop in noda, I was on a quest to find the best tattoo shop in Charlotte. A friend of mine had some work done by Paris and suggested I check it out. The minute I walked in I knew I was in the right spot. The shop is beautiful and super clean. I was greeted right away by Alexandria and instantly felt welcome. I've had two tattoos done here since by two different artists. Both experiences were great. Paris tattoo is the only shop in Charlotte I will ever get inked at again. I recommend this place highly to anyone who asks me!

My wife and I had some work done recently and I must say that these guys are by far the BEST in Charlotte. The studio was immaculately clean and welcoming, the owners were very hospitable and our artist (Conan McParland) is amazing! He listened to everything we had to say and took our initial designs to a whole 'nother level! We will never go to another shop as long as we stay in Charlotte.

I've just completed the fourth session on a 3/4 Japanese sleeve with Paris. Number one, the work is beyond expectation. I get numerous compliments daily from all sorts of people, be it at the office or just in public.



Number two, the studio is awesome, both in terms of atmosphere and decor. Go check it out to see for yourself. Once you're in the door, you'll most likely end up talking to Alexandra, booking yourself an appointment! And Alexandra is no small component at the studio. While being a permanent makeup artist, she doubles as the nicest, most caring and helpful shop manager I've ever witness at a tattoo studio!



Lastly, Paris is an absolute pleasure to spend hours with...which is VERY important when there's a large piece involved. Lots of great stories from his time spent all over the world, and an extraordinary appreciation of cultures from around the globe...including the ones in this great country!



I would (and DO) recommend anyone serious about getting solid, quality, professional tattoo work done, to check out the work at Paris Tattoos. Go by the studio, book an appointment, and be glad you're about to love your life!

I've been getting tattoos for many years and I've met many excellent people and I've seen many prominent tattoo shops, but all of them pale in comparison to Paris Tattoos. After moving back to Charlotte from San Francisco (where there are many great tattoo shops and artist) I was longing to find just the right place, with the right heart and passion to begin doing more work. I looked high and low for about 3 years. I took my time because I knew when I found the right place and the right person, I would know it in my heart.
