Neurological Institute

My experience here was horrible. I was referred by my family physician who was shocked at what medications I was prescribed and he told me when he finally got return copies of my medical records they were miss spelled and the diagnosis was inconclusive most of which all was done by the physician assistant. My family physician referred me to another Neurologist who treated me for MS right away and got me on the medication I so deperately needed. The new neurologist said the MRI ordered by The Neurological Institute showed lesions on my brain conclusive for MS and was shocked they gave me medication for insomnia and said my MRI was fine. Im glad my family doctor reads his patients charts and keeps up with their records. It is very important that MS is treated in the early stages. Also the staff at The Neurological Institute office was friendly but they seemed very under educated and could not answer simple questions or make change for my copay. I dont think any of them were real nurses. Also they dont have many doctors just physician assistants ran by what seem to be be a very busy overworked doctor trying to keep up with too much. This was a totally expensive joke and a true waste of my time. Afford going here spend your money at a real specialist office.

My doctor sent me to this practice for some problems I was having with tremors and numbness. Dr.MacDonald was a very nice, caring and understanding physician. The entire staff made me feel welcome. I would recommend them to anyone that needed to see a neurologist.

My experience with this Neurological Group was outstanding. From appointment scheduling to seeing the doctor and everything in between. This practice should be recongized as one of the areas best and brightest. Customer service was the best I've ever had at a physicians office. I would recommended them to anyone needing Neurological care.
