Metro Portrait of Charlotte

Horrendous photos! They look extremely hurried with no attention to the child's expression (eyes closed, grimaces, etc.) or disheveled hair, clothes, etc. Young children require some prep or direction to take a good picture...any professional photographer knows that! In addition the latest portraits are not even "portraits", they are full body standing shots with the subjects hand in his pockets. Not to mention the included backgrounds on photo CD are ridiculous. No traditional backgrounds. Either all white or insane super imposed backgrounds that are neither realistic or to scale (my son standing oknee deep in sand or in front of a two foot Eiffel Tower. Really? Oh, by the way...no refunds on the CD if you break the seal. How else are you supposed to inspect their shoddy work. Apparently they have done this long enough to know you are going to be disappointed so they protect their revenue stream

Do not use them. They sent us a postcard telling me I had to pay for a sitting fee that I didn't really have to pay, then when I asked for my money back they refused. I have already put in a claim with the BBB. I would not recommend this company for any reason.
