McDonald's

I go because it's so convenient but 9 out of 10 times my order is wrong and/or cold. I have been going for 5 years & its has not improved. They did recently remodel & building looks great bu t food still needs improvement!

This particular McDonalds has to be on the bottom of quality and service! To order at the drive-through, you better have memorized what you want, because the sign isn't going to tell you much. Also, the person taking your order doesn't have a clue as to what is on the menu. The person giving you your food doesn't care if it's hot or not. And the manager inside is no smarter than her staff! The motto seems to be,"If you don't have an answer to a customer's question, just ask him/her again if he/she would like to order!"



My advice to the readers is to pass this McDonald's by for some other location! You will be glad you did! I've been to this location more than once over the years, and this last week was my worst experience. I have vowed never to return. If I could find the owner of this franchise, I would certainly give him some tips, because he has to be losing money left and right! The manager doesn't know who the owner is. She just knows www.mcdonalds.com. And it doesn't matter if you ask her in English or in Spanish, you are still going to get that blank look on her face. Her IQ just can't seem to understand anything more than your order!
