        Robin took care of getting us on the beautiful HAL Eurodam for a 16 day North Atlantic cruise from Amsterdam to New York and she did a wonderful job. She worked and worked to get us the best rates and flights . Mann is our travel agent from now on and Robin is our girl !!! At present she is working on a great 2012 South Pacific cruise for us ! She is knowledgable and professional and so thoughtful ! The Faulstichs

        Would not use. Failed to book despite multiple requests, then claimed cruise line failed to notify them the rate quoted was a promotional rate and shifted blame for cost increase. Cruise line says the cabin level quoted sold out and agent failed to lock. We found cruise and asked them to book it b/c family had had previous positive experience with them. We were offered no discounts and received absolutely no benefit from attempting to use this agency - no assistance, no discounts, and were faced with actually paying more b/c of their mistake. Go elsewhere or book on your own.
