General Info

I began my journey for overall health and wellness when I was eleven years old at American Martial Arts. I studied and became obsessed with karate and approximately seven years later received my black belt. After my training I aspired to have a career that helped others and improved lifestyles. I attended Southeastern Institute in 2013 to receive my certification to be a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist. I trained in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Sports Massage. In my pursuit for knowledge I was constantly seeking new ways to help my clients through different modalities and continuing education. I have since been introduced to Nurturing the Mother® pregnancy massage and NeuroKinetic Therapy®. My highest priority is helping my clients achieve self-awareness and making sure they feel they can live their lives without pain and discomforts that come with the new responsibility of motherhood, repetitive strain injuries, stress, desk careers, and work outs. I constantly innovate to make sure I am supplying my clients with optimal and up-to-date knowledge so they may receive the most beneficial treatments.​​ The medical field is always changing and because of that there are always better treatments and methods being introduced. With the highest level of integrity and honor, I am grateful to be your massage therapist.
