These guys did a wonderful job installing waterheater and they repaired a leak in the yard and very respectfull I would highly recommended them to anybody.thanks guys

You better pass on this company.

The company is a fake.

No license and uninsured.

My wife and I used them a while back, he made us thing we had some issue in-between the ceiling near the attic,

A few weeks later a friend of ours inspected the work and it was all fake, he did nothing where he was working and charged us a wolloping bill!

Take little time and shop around.

Do NOT give these swindlers any deposit as they will keep and not return it!!! Gave them $500 deposit to repair well pipes which they said needed replacing after repairing a small leak in laundry room pipe....After a week of excuses for not showing up to do the work, I finally cancelled and told John to return my deposit...He said he would ask Brandon to take care of it, however after a month of waiting for a check, I called John again, and this time he was even colder and said he would take care of it that afternoon...It has now been 3 weeks more and no check for my deposit and no answer when I call !! Do not believe anything these people say! I should have heeded the red flags like 1) no advertisement on their truck 2) parked away from house 3) asked for $1500 deposit....Thank Goodness I didn't have $1500 and only gave them $500 deposit which I didn't have to spare! They cashed my check the next morning and have kept it!

Do not recommend. Cannot confirm owner's license and was recently ripped off to the tune of $400. This is a mom & pop set up, so depending on the day, you might get good service, or in my case, you might get taken to the cleaners. Communication was primarily through text message and when he doesn't want to be reached, he won't answer his phone. There is no physical location on Wilkinson. I have filed charges.

I would highly recommend J&B plumbing to anyone in the Charlotte area! Earlier yesterday i noticed a leak that needed to be fixed immediately. i have just recently moved to Charlotte and was looking online for a plumber and saw this ad. After calling John he quickly came and did a full assessment of the situation. He noticed right away where the leak was coming from and also that i need a new water heater. After going to get the material, i was blown away at the quality and speed that these men took to complete this. They were very respectful and you could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. Since upon moving here I have had trouble with my finances but J&B plumbing kindly worked with me on a reasonable price that I could afford and that was a big help. After using this company, I wouldn't change to anyone else. J&B plumbing has made my new move to Charlotte a lot easier and did that with sincere kindness. If you have any plumbing problems J&B plumbing are the people to call!

i called j@b plumbing today . i had to have a new water heater installed . couldn't ask for a better plumbing company to come out . they did a wonderful job. very respectful and professional . these guys came in and was finished in minutes . can't explain how happy i am with this company . awesome prices . they also took old water heater off my hands .and did a great clean up . thank you so much j@b plumbing!!!!!!!

This plumbing company is the greatest,They came out at 3am to my emergency.My basement was flooded because of a busted waterline.there was so much water that it took Them rest of night and half morning to get all the water out of basement.they repaired the leak with minutes of getting there but they stayed several hours getting mess up and ceiling damage repair two days later for very good price.Also they where so respectful and kind.I am so glad I called these guys.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I would give this company zero stars if it were an option. This company should be reviewed by whatever governing agency oversees plumbers. I paid J&B plumbing over $2000 for a complete well system. It has never worked. I had a new plumber and electrician come to my house to inspect the work and they were in shock at the work that was done. This plumber never got the system inspected after the work was complete. The new plumber said it would never pass inspection. In the process of filing a complaint with the city of Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, and filing a lawsuit. He cannot be trusted. He told my tenants that I was easy money.

I can't speak to J&B's work since they never showed or called. When I called J&B before lunch, the answer sounded less than professional - but I needed a plumber for complete stoppage in a rental home. John told me he could come after lunch. I verified again, "you will be able to come today, right?" He responded "yes, I'll be there." So, I asked that he call me when on the way so I could meet him as I was very concerned about taking care of this for the renter. No call. At 5:00 pm I called and it sounded like a child answered and had the phone taken away as I was hung up on. I called back and got a quick text "will call in 1 minute." No call. At 5:40 I called again and left message. It's now 11:11 pm and no call. I wouldn't recommend these guys.

J&b did a wonderful job and was so proffesional.I would highly recommend these fellas to any if my family and friends,Thanks guys for a wonderful job and price.

I had a sewer issue at a rental property in gastonia I called several plumbers and no response.I was ready to give up .So I called these guys what a life saver they came out and gave quote which I thought was awesome they repaired sewerline in front lawn on a Sunday and didn't charge me after hours or emergency prices.this company is my go to plumbers I would highly recommend whoever is reading this review and give them a call.Thank you so much john for you honest and awesome work

I called several plumbers all where busy or to high price.So I found j&b omg do glad I did.These guys are the best plumbers I have ever laid my eyes on.John the owner was first to arrive on the scene.He took a quick look and noticed the waterheater was leaking at the bottom and then he did a complete inspection on all plumbing and said I need to replace waterheater,But Benjamin franklin came out the day before and said I needed new plumbing throughout the entire house they just wanted the money,so make long story short never call Benjamin franklin there a rip off call j&b they are the best and honest company I have ever dealt with thank you guys I will highly recommend you to friends and family

These guys came out and verified that I needed a new hotwater heater. They installed sameday. For a great price and thank you guys

John came and fixed a leak in our bathtub fixtures. He replace the 22 tiles as stated in the receipt, although it some time to get it done. Overall, the job was well done.

My well pump died! I called John and he responded super quickly. He came by pulled out the old pump, quickly acquired the new part and promptly installed. I love these guys!!!!!! The pricing was very good and I got water!!!! Yah! Much thanks to John and his team from the Q's!!!
