Import Connection

I had a really bad experience at Import Connection today, They worked on my car yesterday and the engine light came back on this morning. I took the car in this afternoon to get the light checked, and Jon told me that the guy that worked on my car yesterday was busy. I waited 1hr and 20 min. To make a long story short, the mechanic that worked on my car was not told that I was waiting, and when I tried to inquire about this to Jon, he started yelling at me. He said the other manager was out, they have been short handed all week, etc, etc, etc, and if I did not like the way they do business to take my business elsewhere! I was flabbergasted. He must be the manager, because he really wasn't worried about losing his job. Maybe he told himself she's just 1 customer, so what if I offend her. But I don't think that's true. If 1 person reads this post, and it makes a difference in their decision as to patronize this establishment or not, then my time will have not been in vain..
