Buyer beware! Don't buy a used vehicle here.

Found out 48 hours after taking delivery the option I was specifically told was on my vehicle, was not functional. But I could purchase it for an additional 584.00! Was treated rudely by service dept who said " what do you expect from a used car". Well, I expect to get what the dealership's salesman told me. Sales manager would not return my call. There is no service after the sale here. What a scam.

Our company bought a car here three months ago. Dealership collected the money for out of state registration and never followed through with it. This car was bought as a work vehicle for installers but without the registration we are unable to drive it. Its currently sitting in our shop parking lot being paid for and unable to be used! Upon calling - we were disconnected.We have managed to get through a few times but have been transferred to almost nine different people. These people have tried to shift the blame to pretty much everyone else imaginable. AWFUL SERVICE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

Sales manager isn't really interested in selling used cars it appears even though they had a year end clearance sign up. He wouldn't even come out and talk to me. He just told his sales guy he wasn't budging off his listed price and he was going to let the truck go to auction that day instead of moving off the price. He told the sales guy to tell me "He would make more money than his list price at auction." I know he has to make a profit but come on I was only wanting a little movement after all who goes to a car lot and pays sticker price. Maybe he should just sell all his used cars at auction.

On March 26, 2011 I purchased a 2011 VW Jetta SE w/convenience and boy did I get ripped off! I decided to finance it with VW Credit, Inc so I could drive the car off that day with a low rate of 2.99% OR "dealer cash of $1,250.00". After going over the contract and additional products with the finance manager Louis, it was clearly stated "NO I DO NOT WANT ADDITION PRODUCTS" for example GAP and/or First Place Finish. After signing multiple contracts I drove the car home. Upon arrival I discovered GAP AND First Place Finish was listed on the contract WITHOUT the dealercash OR the "low rate of 2.99%". So they got me for around $3,000.00!!! When I refinanced with 110% value of the vehicle, I had to pay VW Credit an additional $750.00 to break even. WHAT A DEAL CAROLINA VW! This is my 5th VW and what a HORRIBLE experience you've made for me!!!!!!

Made service appointment to have rear brakes replaced, and have the ignition coil RECALL completed. Picked car up later that day, if I accelerate over 20k RPM the ESM/Traction Control/Check Engine Light/and ! warning on dash light up, and the care goes into \"limp\" mode - 10 mph maximum. Called them, returned car to service area - they stated they couldnt find anything wrong - it must have had to \"reset\" after RECALL - picked it up being very trusting (bad idea) - 2 hours later (after 6pm when they close) it happens again. Now they state that it is probably something that is NOT convered by my Certified PreOwned warranty, and WILL NOT replace the ignition coil again. Very odd that I had no issues til the recall was done.‎
