        Family-owned since 1968, we re located just west of Houston, Texas in a little town in Washington County known for bluebonnets and country sausage. Chappell Hill Sausage produces smoked link sausage in a variety of flavors, bacon, summer sausage, and a special spiral honey glazed ham for holidays and family gatherings. With the perfect balance of heat and flavor, our fresh Texas meats have a unique taste enhanced by our proprietary seasonings.
