I contacted Dreamy Puppy about the incident, and demand their responsible to hospital bills. Because I signed the contract when I bought the morkie from them, the contract said Dreamy Puppy will provide Buyer with a Puppy that leaves clean, in good general health and that has no known life threatening physical defects. Dreamy Puppy denied their responsibility. The vet also thinks that there is possibility that the place where they keep all puppy may have an outbreak.
