Mind, Body and Flow

I am visiting from Michigan to help take care of a sick family member and searched far and wide to find a place that did Zen Shiatsu here. I’m so very glad that I found and decided to go with MBF. Jacinda was calming and really helped save me from all of the stress I am dealing with out here. I will definitely be visiting quite frequently during my stay in Arizona.

Trying to keep from overeating during holiday time is tough! MBF's 28 Days to Health Program is helping me stay on track with nutrition, supplements and exercise advice. I've actually lost a few pounds since Thanksgiving!

The services that are provide are superb. My therapist is very knowledgeable, courteous, people friendly, open to all questions, and is down to earth. Overall this facility provides the best services I have ever experienced and I plan to do more business with this establishment. I look forward to my next appointment and I may consider getting further education and training in colon therapy. My session was well worth the price.

Really great place. Calm and relaxed, yet professional environment. Started using the sauna to help with my arthritis. Then they introduced the body wrap service, which seemed to concentrate the heat in the zones I needed most. Worked wonders for these aching bones!

Due to a family history of colon cancer, my physician really wanted me to get a colonoscopy. But because of my diabetes, I couldn't do the fasting that is required prior to the procedure. I heard that colon hydrotherapy could clean you out and I started researching on the internet. The website for Mind, Body & Flow seemed professional and they were located in an actual office/medical building (unlike some places I found that were in someone's home). The staff was knowledgeable and friendly on the phone and in person & the facility was A+. Even though I was nervous about the whole thing, they made me feel as comfortable as possible. I had a series of colon hydrotherapy sessions and was able to have my colonoscopy without fasting. I am happy to say my colon got a clean bill of health. Thanks to Mind, Body & Flow, I was able to take charge of my health and achieve peace of mind.
